I've been told to always fly with the wifi turned off on the gopro. Most transmitters use 2.4 ghz for control and wifi is 2.4 ghz. Could potentially lead to problems if you have wifi on on the gopro.

Also I second 3DRobotics. They've got some great products. I use their pixhawk to control a scratch build Y6. Running 14" props, full fpv gear, gimbal, camera, 6s 5200 mAh battery and getting 19 minute flight times.

If you're up for it building one can be a lot of fun.

I'm about to buy the IRIS+ from 3d.

That thing is bad arse looking.

I don't think the DJI offers the functionality of tracking and such that the 3d IRIS+ does.

Anyone have any personal experience with this model?

I have a custom built 6 motor Y frame.

3d robotics makes some nice packages if you don't want to search for parts and want a higher quality drone than something like a phantom. The Y6's are nice.

Nice. I'm custom building an X8 currently.
