Falsifying a rape charge should put someone on the sexual predator list IMO.

That's serious, it's perverted, and it is incredibly destructive. That woman cannot be trusted at the workplace or around men.

That's actually not a bad idea. This kind of shite pisses me off so fricking much. I remember there was a thread on here within the last year or so about a guy who went to prison for something like 15+ years, all because some bitch got pissed off at him and claimed he raped her. She also even got a huge settlement or something like that. And when it came out that she had lied and made the whole thing up, he got released from prison and she had spent all the money and faced (IIRC) fricking ZERO consequences for what she did.

It's fricking disgusting and downright scary to be honest. All I have to do is piss off the wrong girl and my life could be fricking ruined if she decided to lie and say that I raped her.

he fact that this woman is going to jail is a travesty, it will only cause more non-rapes to go unreported.

I don't know what to say. I think there does need to be punishment for maliciously lying. I just do. It cannot be used as a weapon.

seriously i'm so pissed i'm going into dark territory

if this girl is so unstable that she's permitted a lenient sentence for ruining somebody's life, she should be sterilized

no way society should allow somebody THAT crazy with THAT sort of behavioral history to have/raise children

I feel so bad for that man. She definitely should do some real time and certain shouldn't be allowed to raise a baby.

Is this sociopathic behavior?

We have a sexual predator list. Maybe we need a clinically diagnosed sociopath list as well.

It doesn't seem like a person who feels shame or remorse could ever pull this off.

I would not want to ever interact with someone like that. I don't want them near me in the workplace, I don't want to live next to them, and I never want to see them. They are capable of ruining my life without any remorse and that's incredibly screwed up.

If the womens rights groups knew what the frick they were doing, they would come out and advocate for counts like this to be buried under the prison. But they don't so they won't.

Stud HS football player with full schollie to USC. She spent all the money and now lives with her parents and never suffered consequences. She admitted it to him on facebook I believe.

Pete Carroll gave him a shot as a 30 year old with the Seahawks out of pity but obviously that much time away from the game ruined him.

My wife had to leave the room when that story was on TV. I was screaming and might have thrown a remote control.

ETA:

Slow beat me to it.

But frick that count.

women's rights groups

They should be fighting for equality, and should be absolutely furious that someone would trivialize legit accusations of rape or domestic violence like this. Let a woman who has actually been raped decide this bitch's future.

Also, Am I the only person that sees legalized abortion in conjunction with our current child support laws as completely handing over all reproductive rights to women? A woman can abort all her responsibilities to that child, but a man is on the hook for child support even though he has no say in the matter? One of those two things needs to change.

Only 32 days??? She should have to serve those 32 days along with someone being quarantined for Ebola.

Ehhhh, I somewhat agree, but this will never change.

Don't cum inside a girl if you don't want a baby.

This has been beat to death on this board before. You are definitely not the only one here who feels this way.

I understand the principle, but it is what it is in this case.

Hard for me having sympathy for guys who are knocking up random chicks.

So from the woman's perspective, our current system of child support laws and abortion rights sharply reduces her responsibility in what should be a mutually enjoyable act with shared responsibility. We've trivialized the role of the male in creating and bringing up children to being just sperm donors with wallets.

It's absolutely unfair to men, but at least this could encourage women to put out.

Pregnancy is the result of rape, and the situations you describe above are ways of holding men accountable for rape. It doesn't have to be non-consensual to be rape, people get raped willingly all the time. Rape can occur without physical contact and sometimes without the raper even knowing it's occurring. Chauvinist men who hate women have far too narrow a definition of rape and use that unfair definition to discredit heroes like the woman in the OP.

Yes, but just like smoking you know what you are getting. Every competent man understands that sex has a chance of pregnancy, even with BC.

I've always said that women should be more selective in the choice of partners and their frequency, the same applies to men.
