At least a half rep squatter gets some points for actually attempting to do a real exercise that most other wanna be's just ignore.

My best friend went on a "first date" with this girl to the gym. She apparently was making sounds like she was having sex the whole workout

He got called in by 93Q in Houston for this show where they call people who don't call girls back after the first date. Had to explain the situation on the air for all of Houston to hear

frick that, you want to stand there, you get to move in the middle of your set when I go to rerack my weights.

Then do lighter weight or get a friend. I am their to work myself, with little rest and a schedule. Because today is the day you are finally gonna try 135 it's cool to break up what other people are doing. K
