You would think but the league jerks it to QBs. Rivers owner also owns Brees. I'd prefer Brees because I think he is getting it together, will be a top 3 option by the end of the year and already had his bye. Anyways, this owner is currently starting, and I am not making this up:

For real. Originally had Bush at RB1/SJax at RB2 and Richardson at Flex but has had it like above since week 5 when Bush got hurt. Yes he had SJax on the bench last weekend.
I offered him Cutler/VJax/Forsett for Brees/Bush (Prolly never start him, but a just in case he gets better bye week flex). He responded "LOL, if you want these guys at least offer me something other than scrubs."
Peyton/Rodgers/Luck owners won't even respond to anything. So I should be able to, but not sure I can.

That's sketch as frick. He could flip either of those QB for a solid upgrade at RB and be fine with a mid tier qb off waivers.
