How do you sunshine pump total dominance since 2003? It was settled on the field and everybody but FSU came up short usually in spectacular arse whipping fashion.

The Big fans want college football to be like youth soccer, everybody gets a trophy.
They're basically saying "give us a shot" except they've had shots for a decade, failed to do anything with them, and now want additional shots awarded despite playing weak schedules and generally looking unimpressive against mediocre teams.

By far the worst of the OSU posters, the others are actually pretty solid.

It can be argued that Texas A&M derived its lofty ranking through the first month of the season on the hype generated by the SEC Network's inaugural game broadcast, a 52-28 trouncing of a South Carolina team which, barely halfway through the season, already has four losses. The win immediately propelled the No. 21 Aggies to ninth in the Associated Press poll (South Carolina's previous ranking),
USCe was thought of as a dark horse national title contender by multiple sports outlets before the season started. THAT is why A&M vaulted up the rankings. If A&M had opened with UCLA and smashed them it would have been the same story.

I don't remember folks in the South claiming Big 10 bias when pretty much everyone on the mothership (including that Big 10/ ND "journalist" Beano Cook) claimed that Florida didn't belong in the title game, and that OSU would win by 50, and that the matchup should have been Michigan v. OSU II.
I don't remember folks in the South claiming Pac 10 bias when Auburn went the entire year undefeated and did not get a chance to play USC.
And folks are complaining now because rankings that won't mean shite at the end of the year Are 3/4ths SEC teams? We finally have method that proves which teams/conferences are the best. You want to say you're better than the SEC? Beat the SEC. Otherwise sit down and watch us dominate. Again.

You started a whole new thread on that trash article?

Seems like every time I tell people out here in Nebraska that the Big 10 is a joke, kinda like the big 2 little 8 jokes of the past, they get all agitated over it and start calling me an SEC homer. Well the SEC is the best, out of all the top 10 right now, 50% are from the SEC. That is dominance. All the Big 10 is right now is Nebraska, Ohio State and Michigan State. 3 teams out of 14 mediocre at best are somewhat decent enough to be in the top 20. There is no bias.

I love how people say the SEC is getting sunshine pumped.
Um. The SEC has appeared in the BCS title game 11 times and won it 9. Many of those weren't even competitive games.
FIVE different schools from the conference have appeared. The next best total is 3 school appearances with a 2-5 record.
In OVERALL BCS appearances, the SEC is 2nd to the Big 10(28 to 27). BUT, the Big 10 is 13-15 in those 28 appearances while the SEC is 17-10.
I mean for f's sake. It would be one thing if it were a close discussion but damn. People really need to get over their butt hurt.

I didn't write the article.
This issue is just becoming painfully obvious to the mainstream media.
I mean, Rolling Stone is commenting on it because they think it's ridiculous and this is a music magazine.
The conflict of interest between the SEC and ESPN would be illegal in any other business context.
And it's obvious to lawyers and people with brains.
