Using Jym now and it's by far better than anything else I've tried other than the original Jack3D
I don't like Pre Jym at all. I don't really feel a boost in energy. And it is way more expensive.

What happens if you run out of pre-workout or the world's supply of pre-workout dries up? Will people still be able to workout?

Basically what I'm getting at is pre-workout sounds like a farce.

Yep. Eat a nutra-grain bar or two, drink some watered-down Gatorade, save money and basically get the same boost.

Gullible people and their money.

Have you never read the label? They all have an ingredient listed as some sort of blend. Let me see what I can find for you.

C4 Explosive energy blend

No Xplode Proprietary blend

So all you need is:

Niacin
Vitamin B12
Creatine
Caffine/ Taurine

Sounds like a couple vitamin pills and a red bull will work fine. Maybe crush everything up, put it in a Red Bull and slam it. If you want to have the "pre workout" effect.

I don't care for Assault or C4. I mix my own, but it's a pain in the arse making individual servings which is the only way to go when you have several grams of one ingredient and a few milligrams of another and expect equal distribution.

I really liked the pump from Hyde. Before I made my own, I stacked it with caffeine and AMP Citrate (which is reportedly the closest legal thing we can get to DMAA).

For the cheapest stack, just pop a Bronkaid and a caffeine pill.

Red Bull always makes me feel queezy.

And I always laugh at people who get so animated about pre-workouts and what a waste of money they are. So what? Are you wasting your money? No? Then what the frick do you care?

I like c4 best. But you get tolerant to it really quick. I'm using assault right now. Not a huge fan of it but it works. Switching back to c4 after probably. Or I may just go a couple months without one, my caffeine tolerance is retarded right now between that and studying all the time.
