Best pre-workout?

I have been using Alphamine and it's pretty awesome.

Just finished SX7 Shatter and it was ok. Made me itchy.

What do yall take and how do you like it?

C4. However I think you need to change up pre-workouts every couple months. You body will get used to what you are consuming. I rotate pre-workouts.

Its got a good flavor. Icy blue razz is the best. Give you plenty of energy, or just the psycological effect of having energy. either way it works.

Just got a new bottle of NOxplode today. Trying it out this afternoon but I've always had good experiences with this stuff.

I wasn't a fan of C4, it did nothing for me.

Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde stack was good.

Using Jym now and it's by far better than anything else I've tried other than the original Jack3D

Since the FDA banned everything that works, all of your pre-workouts are the same. It's a caffeine base, beta alanine to give you the itchy/tingly feeling, a proprietary blend of bullshite, and some add a little creatine.

Jym is the only one I know of now doing anything different. It's developed by a reputable Dr. It's the only pre-workout I've taken in a few years that I can't take at full dose. I did a full dose once and didn't sleep that night.
Even with the Jekyl and Hyde stack, I took more than the recommended dosage.

What happens if you run out of pre-workout or the world's supply of pre-workout dries up? Will people still be able to workout?

Basically what I'm getting at is pre-workout sounds like a farce.

Depends on the person. Is it mandatory? Absolutely not. It most certainly helps though and is widely considered the most important supplement we take.

When I run out of my pre, I will go a couple of weeks before starting again. During this week, there's a considerable drop off in my gym time and production. I tire out much faster. I have to go into a carb loading phase during this time to help offset it some, so it's an order of french fries on the way to the gym every day.

Make your own. It's cheaper. And I don't get "proprietary" crap.
