Who do I drop? I. Crowell and C. Shorts?

I need room for a replacement QB and Defense this week with Lions D/ST and Stafford on a BYE.
ETA: .5 PPR League
Here is my bench:
Forte: BYE
Marshall: BYE
Lions D/ST
Blount: I own L. Bell
Crowell
J. Hunter
C. Shorts III
B. Brown
RG3
Who do I drop to add these players?
I plan on adding one player from these three groups.
1. Charles Sims, Andrew Hawkins, or T. West
2. Big Ben, Carson Palmer, or Hoyer
3. Bengals D/ST, Chiefs D/ST, or Redskins D/ST

Why do you still have RG3 on your team with Stafford at QB? Drop him as one. You didn't list matchups so I'm not saying who to pick up out of the QB group.
I'd also drop the Lions and stream defenses. I've never had 2 defense on my roster at once and have been so much more successful picking matchups that keeping 1 defense.
I'd also drop Brown for Sims (Assuming you mean Charles Sims)

It's early, I saw the C. Sims and wasn't thinking.
But to answer your question Chris Simms is a former Texas QB.

We have an IR spot. He has been on the IR until this week so it wasn't a problem hanging onto him. I'll drop him now though. Thanks.

I am the same way, but in my league a lot of people own two defenses right now. There are not enough on waiver to stream defenses. Especially considering I have no money left on my waiver budget.

Why now? You've had him on IR this long, you might as well keep him now since he's coming back.

Just because he has to take up an actual bench spot now. I wasn't losing anything by holding onto him before. Maybe I'll keep him and drop Crowell instead.
