Bought a laptop from Newegg and it advertised with 8gb ram but only came with 4

I purchased a Refurb. Lenovo from Newegg for my mom and it was advertised as having 8gb or Ram but come to find out when I get it, it only came with 4. What would the Tech Board do? Laptop only came out to $489 shipped so was a hell of a deal even with 4gb of Ram. Still is a great machine and my mom won't know the difference anyways. Would you make a big deal about this? BTW here is the laptop that is now sold out.

I would contact customer service. You paid for 8gb, so I would get that 8gb.

Just contact them, they will just send you another 4GB stick and pop it in.

I don't know if I'd want a machine with only 8GB of SSD.
