Posted on 10/27/14 at 7:27 pm to wildtigercat93
He has been losing weight actually.
Posted on 10/27/14 at 7:31 pm to wildtigercat93
He lost 40 pounds in 20 days by not eating sugar and walking.

Now he needs to lose that stupid jersey.

{quote]He lost 40 pounds in 20 days by not eating sugar and walking. [/quote]He would still have to burn 7000 calories to lose 2 lbs. each day. That is about 30 miles of walking every day for 20 days.

He looks like Hank Azaria.

its certainly possible
40 pounds realky isnt a whole lot when you weigh that much and minor changes in diet and gettingoff you arse will drop weight quickly if youre had that terrible of a lifesyle for so long.
now eventually you will plateu and have to readjust to continue to lose weight.

if his eating habits sucked that hard and he was previously incredibly sedentary its possible
I imagine he was drinking quite a bit of beer along with whatever else he was eating.

In 20 days by not eating sugar and walking? Ok.

I'm not kevin smith nor his doctor or immediate family so I can't sit here and say what he did or didn't do.
However, it COULD be possible and I do have a relatable story. I have a cousin that runs vinyl siding for a living. When I say he was addicted to mountain dew, I mean it. He would drink 4 liters of mountain dew a day on the jobsite. That amount of sugar/carbs is just staggering. One month a few years back he decided he would drink one can in the morning and water the rest of the day for 30 days. At the end of the month he had lost 30 pounds.
If Kevin Smith went from doing ZERO physical activity and gorging himself on sugar and other shite food, and in 20 days started exercising and eating healthy...it's not really impossible to think he could lose that much. Although, I would imagine he would have to be doing more than just lightly walking.

What story are ya'll reading?
Last week, in fact, Smith revealed he was down 20 pounds after 17 days of consuming no added or processed sugar
