If we can get healthy and stay that way. Go ahead and take the South. We have the coaching staff that could scheme and the veterans to really do damage in the playoffs.

I really still have high hopes for this season. I don't see anyone in the NFC being that head and shoulders above others.

Get completely healthy before the the 4th quarter of the season rolls around and start clicking on all cylinders with an offense that can put up points on anyone, and no one will want to draw us come the post season.

Our record should look better than it does now but that doesn't worry me because we easily can have control of the South with a win Thursday which I see happening. This is the week we get over our road woes.

Don't count us out to end up in Glendale.

Actually I have no faith in Payton to keep feeding Ingram

The deep ball will be gone as soon as he can start rotating backs nonsensically

Easy, it's one game... At home... In prime time. Obviously that was awesome to watch, but let's see what happens next week on the road with all the marvels on the table.

Ingram has really turned into a solid back. He is the type you have to get going. Payton loves talking about a balanced game. His best way for that is to feed Ingram 70% of the carries.

Ingram got tough yards and made good cuts

I imagine a world where he gets taken out so Pierre Thomas can set up our play action and it's frightening

Defenses don't creep the safeties up for the Pierre Thomas' of the NFL. They do it for the guy who carries it 24 times for 172 yards dragging defenders around like dolls

This has been true for a full year now. And somehow Payton always stops feeding Ingram. Let's see if he really learns this time or if we revert to "bad Saints" in 4 days.

Carolina is such a huge game. Payton needs to have a shock collar controlled by Parcells that makes him call running plays at least 45% of the time. We'd be 6-1 right now and probably would have 2 Lombardi's.

More like 90%

Ingram does it all

The other 3 are just one trick ponies

None of them do anything as well as Ingram

it seems every year it's someone just peaking at the right time. Remember those Giants teams. The Ravens, I remember AZ making it to the bowl after a wildcard and backing in to the playoffs... Out of any sport the NFL is about peaking at the right time and I can see this team doing that now we just hitting the 2nd half of the season.

Looks like Cooks is starting to run better routes and Brees trusting him. Graham isn't just being a body out there and is actually able to contribute. Stills is holding on to the balls that hits his hands... Dline is looking better, both Cam and Junior are finally earring their money.... Just seems a lot is starting to come around that wasn't the first half the season.... Now we just have to keep getting healthy and stay that way

I see what you are saying the 90% but I could see switching it up on passing and 3rd downs... 70-90%... It's whatwver... But feed the man, he gets going like that

It does nothing when you take him out for these

He's a better blocker and he's just as good catching it

It's the threat that needs to be ever present

I want him there unless it's 3rd & 25, even then I want him in

I'm just saying maybe fresh legs every now and then... Look I'm wih you, let's work Ingram, we just know he isn't gettinf 100% of the work. Like I said if payton wants to run him on first and second but out in Khyrie for 3rd and 5, I don't see a big problem with it. But don't switch it up every series where someone else is completely featured

it was great to see Stills get a few more catches here and there.

I really feel like getting him more involved opens things up in the passing game.

he kind of got off to a slow start but last week he had a good game as well as tonight.

No doubt... We need him to get going and it looks like he is coming around at the right time, especially when Colston just isn't the same as he once was.

Seeiously though, who in the MFC couldn't we beat if we are healthy and actually playing like we are capable of... I can't think of anyone that is head and shoulders above us despite our record
