Top 10?
Top 5?
Talked to a bunch of old-timers last night walking from the stadium, and they said this was in their top 3.

It's in my Top 5 to 10. I saw the '79 USC game, the 6-6 Nebraska tie in '76, and a couple big wins each over Bama and Auburn.
And of course, the famous "raining oranges" game against FL. State.
This one is right up in the mix, hard to say exactly where.

As a first generation college student who had never been to an LSU game before I came here, it's my number 1. Right ahead of South Carolina 2012

I know it's fresh and everyone is excited, but it's arguable that game may not even make the top 10 of the last 20 years. Just off the top of my head:
95 AU (bring back the magic)
97 Fla. (upset of #1)
2000 Bama (first home win against them in forever)
2000 MSU (great game)
2000 UT
2001 AU (decided the West)
2007 Fla
2007 AU
2010 Bama

Going back to the 70's as a wee lad here.
Top 10 for sure.
It was like being inside a jet engine and reminded me of Georgia 2003 because it stayed relentlessly positive, even when it felt like we were cursed. The fans just "had the Tiger's back", and that's what makes Tiger Stadium unique.

Add UGA 2003 and 12 USCe to this; I say add last night in that top 12 somewhere. Comparable to 2000 Bama and 12 USCe where not ranked high at time but a special win and electric atmosphere for sure!

...oh , I would say Top 3 or 4 , at least. maybe higher as the year's go by .. considering how highly ranked - and undefeated and favored - Ole Miss was. I mean , hey , it WAS Ole Miss - whats not to like !

I've been going to games since 1981 so I guess I qualify as an old-timer. Just my personal opinion, favorites since 1981 as I saw and HEARD them...
1997 Florida (beat #1)
1988 Auburn (Earthquake)
2007 Florida (Tebow)
1982 Florida State (Oranges)
2003 Georgia (Kept NC hopes alive)
2010 Alabama (Patrick vs Julio - most INTENSE crowd ever)
2000 Alabama (broke long Bama TS losing streak)
2014 Ole Miss (their best start in 52 years ruined)
1983 Washington (got some revenge for USC loss and pre-expansion record crowd)
2007 Auburn (Byrd)
2000 Tennessee (OT thriller)

For me, top 5. The team we witnesses last night reminded me of what we become accustom to at LSU. What a growth we've seen particularly defensively in this team. The offensive line decided they could play big boy football. If not for the miscues, Tigers win big and decisively against a top #3 team. God, how proud we are.
