I had begun having a hard time watching this team after the two losses. I would be ok with 3-4 losses in a year where we are young and in maybe the strongest division ever in college football. But we were dominated by MSU and AU and never competed. That was hard to watch. Last night we played with fire and determination. It as great to see our guys dominating the man across the ball. That is LSU Football.

The defense played out of their mind! It was hard to watch the offense drive down the field at will and then fumble again and again, but they scored when it counted and I loved it!!!! All the players played their hearts out and it showed! Geaux Tigers

We are still a young team and mistakes will happen. But we competed with a good team tonight and it was great to see.

Control the line and control the game. This is why recruiting top O and D line talent is paramount.

The best thing was seeing the tears in the ole miss fans eyes last night. Really tho, seeing total domination by the D & O lines. As somebody said already-that was LSU football.

"Tiger Stadium is where the opponent's dream come to die."

Our fans were crazily loud last night. And that was the best thing.

If you really wanna feel good about this team, read the comments on the other boards about our defense. Go the the Aggie boards. They are in complete awe of our defense when compared to how awful their defense looks.

Great point! It's hard to have perspective on your own team.

But, but, but ... we didn't throw 30 times for 400 yards. How can anyone enjoy football from the caveman era?

frick 'em ... I love the style of football LSU played last night.
