that's $0.25 per person that was actually there...

but i'm an elitist in that it was Ole Miss. We're LSU. In Tiger Stadium we're supposed to beat them 9 times out of 10 based on recent history.

Even if this time was supposed to be the 1 and it wasn't...

Well you frickers haven't done anything of note in a while so I can understand why you would frown upon it.

Part of it, but mostly it's because we were in a national championship less than 4 years ago and are a perennial powerhouse.

That's old school thinking. Ole miss is better these days.

They can do things.

If you are so worried about it then take a page out of Ole Miss' book and start taking up donations to cover it. They raised more than enough money to cover the cost.

the people who make fun of that kind of stuff are socially awkward.

I'll bet they have a lot of internet swag though.

Agreed. It is one thing if you're taking down the goalposts, but this shite was as innocent as they get.

People are miserable fricks, no surprise here.

Rushing the field is trashy. When is the last time Bama or Ohio State rushed the field?

Meh, you probably should have spelled fricking out, or is it cool to leave part of it off now? I mean, I guess I gotta check with you first before I have an opinion

If it takes a field rush to energize the LSU fan base, I'm all for it

Alabama fans have done it a few times in the Iron Bowl.

not recently though.

You don't have a point.

everybody has done it at some point.

Posted by The Eric Mind you, I was once one of those elitists. I now realize it's just a fun way to celebrate with fans and team. If it's a big game with serious implications or a rivalry, I see no issue anymore.

I agree. Rush the field. I love to see passion from the fans. Huge win tonight, great finish, Les's mom died, etc. Enjoy the moment.

It's a lot of fricks given over something that isn't worth any fricks.
