Does anyone give their smoker an annual or routine cleaning on the inside? If so what do you use?
FYI, i have an electric smoker.
Thanks in advance.

I don't clean mine. It would lose all the good flavoring it has accumulated

I hose mine out every once and a while, usually it's after I left it outside uncovered and it got pollen all over it. I hate bumping it and getting crap all over my pants.

I cleaned the pool this summer. It'll be the last summer too.

Anyone know a good pool guy on the Northshore?

I smoke on a Weber kettle. I never plan on cleaning anything.

I have a vertical propane one and I just clean the grates sometimes and the water pan after every cook. Otherwise It's never been cleaned.
