The talent on that team is absolute dogshit, but they execute damn near to perfection and play beautiful schematic football. How that group of undersized white walk-ons is so good is beyond me.

It's easy to execute plays when you have 11 coaches on the field who are deceptively fast even though they are not above-the-rim type players.

He really is one the best coaches in football in terms of coaching fundamentals, execution, and situational strategy.

There's no doubt in my mind he'd have won multiple national titles if he'd have ever taken a better job. It's extremely admirable what he's done at KSU -- probably the best job by any coach at any school ever.

It's amazing when you compare it to how the game had utterly passed Bobby Bowden by during his last few years, and Paterno was nothing but a figurehead putting in part time hours for the last decade, but Snyder is right there making that program tick.
