Opinions? Are these warranties worth it? Opinions please.
We are looking at a lazy boy recliner. We have 3 kids under 4. Lots of usage in its future
Edit: sorry.... 10 parts. 5 years labor and materials.
Also, I'm open to opinions on the best rocker recliners possible

Lazy boy warranty is great

Well the last one I bought I paid almost $600 for and two years later its a piece of shite. Warranty they have gotten out of left and right and I am still argueing with them. Just like to avoid that again.

Warranties are almost never worth the extra money. They will just deny your warranty claim and give you the run around until you give up in most instances.

Be aware that some furniture manufacturer warranties start the date the product was manufactured, not the day it was purchased by the consumer. The manufacturer's warranty could be a lot shorter if product has been sitting in warehouse for months.

Lazy Boy is in the budget/promotional class which is the lowest. If you want the best look at Hancock & Moore or Bradington Young. Google LeatherShoppes.com for best leather recliners and check the rankings of any you might consider. These two are American made. Most furniture is now made in China.

After about 5,200 sits that chair will be as blown out as your butthole after college

Google some web dealers to compare with locals. Many of the web dealers will send leather swatches at no charge for color and texture/grade. Take your time in research it pays off in the long run.
