There is a shite load of violence associated with that level of drug dealing. The fact that pot is harmless and should be legal doesn't really have shite to do with.

You do realize that violence is illegal right? If he did something violent then put him away for the violence. If you don't have any evidence that he did anything violent, then why jump to conclusions and defend putting a man in a cage for 90 years? That's just stupid.

And associating this guy with Al Capone, one of history's most notorious gangsters, without having a shred of evidence of any violent associations, is just an exercise in dumbfrickery.

Just for selling pot? frick no. He was simply meeting a demand in an underground market that was practically gift wrapped to him tax free by the gov't. There's nothing wrong with that.

If he was stealing shite, hurting people or doing stuff that actually victimized people? frick him, let him rot.

This was a lot more fun when TnM thought he was being subtle.

I hope he doesn't believe that... Then again, some idiots downvoted several of the obviously sarcastic responses earlier in the thread.

Depending on age, 90 may have been a tad extreme. Why not say life, no parole?

Well, here is a link to the 7 people in the U.S. essentially serving life sentences for non-violent selling pot crimes.

It's barbaric and disgusting that anyone gets arrested for pot. Such a free country.
