Possible trades for Gronk or Jimmy - need advice

One guy offering me Jimmy for L. Bell straight up or Jimmy for Vereen + Hillman
Other guy offering Gronk for Vereen + Hillman.
What more should I ask for in these 3 trade situations? I know neither of them will give a RB.
