Steams DL speed is really crappy tonight

I am downloading games trying to find something to play and I am ranging from 200kb/s to 11 mb/s. It's not my internet.

Not really, I just knew it would be a response. I almost never have a problem with DL speeds on there, this is the first time I have seen it fluctuate like that.

Take your speed test result and divide it by 8-10 and you'll have your max download speed on steam, chrome, etc
