Dipping on stand

Always. Spit on the ground/in the stand.

I used to smoke like a freight train while hunting and always saw deer.

Not to mention when you fire up that stick bait, the bigguns come on in

I was spitting out the stand earlier and 2 deer walked by at 40 yards. Dont know if they just didn't smell it or didn't mind it. And I know about that stick bait, I never got into it but I know people who slaughter deer with it.

I used to spit in a bottle before I quit dipping, just so I wouldn't have to lean over to spit not on myself

I've always heard smoking is against all hunting rules but then again you know those old timers smoked like trains before and during hunting and killed a bunch of deer. I have a cousin that smokes in the truck on the way to go hunting and I've seen plenty of deer after riding with him and he sees way more deer than me so idk how worried they are about smoke.

I spit out of the stand/on the floor. Never noticed a difference one way or the other. On the same place, my cousin smokes it up and always sees the monsters. Luckily he's a terrible shot

Guess all that med school got to you too. I get scared sitting in path all day listening to it too.

I haven't quit yet though. But yea I spit in a bottle while in the stand but while in the tree stand, i just spit over the side.

If someone was spitting on the floor in one of our stands it would be the last time they ever sat in a stand. That is disgusting.

Nothing like a good wad of tobacco in the stand/blind. Quit years ago, but still occasionally participate.
