They're way more cleaner than the average women and certainly more cleaner than some skank in Tigerland.
Just because they're tested doesn't mean they're clean. They have no problem working through herpes, crabs, etc. Mr. Marcus was passing out syphilis a couple years ago because fudging test results was so easy. You can be pretty confident they don't have AIDS but that's about it.
That said, I'd take my chances.

Notre Dame's du Lac code of student conduct explicitly prohibits non-marital sexual activity, even off-campus. It is obviously broken all the time, but if you are actually caught (which is hard to do), you can get in a lot of trouble. I knew quite a few friends who were suspended for a semester for getting caught having sex or whatever.
This picture is a flaming F you to the administration, and while they often turn a blind eye to this sort of thing (for both football players and regular students), this is basically impossible to ignore.
