What's unmanly about them? Anything that keeps my neighbors from waking me up at 7 am on Saturday is fine by me.

But would you date the man? Sounds like you prefer manlier men, but just wondering.

At 3:00PM? If he gave a shite about the neighbors, he'd get his hoodlum arse kids under control. 20's, don't work, don't go to school, been arrested twice in their driveway.

You're poor.

How big is the yard? If it's big enough to do on one charge, I don't really see a problem with it. A gas mower is tons more maintenance than an electric mower.

The things from which modern males try to extrapolate manliness are fricking laughable. An electronic lawn mower? Really? No, you know what's pussified? Dude's with postage-stamp yards that cut it with a fricking riding mower. That's embarrassing.

Is this something like a Roomba for your lawn or something you still have to actually operate?
No, you still have to push it. It isn't the operation that's got him in a tizzy. It's strictly the power supply. Retarded, isn't it?

Sounds like the OP had his woman taken to the bedroom by this neighbor.

In the "what illegal thing would you do" thread, OP said he would shoot his ex wife. You may be on to something.

I seriously considered buying an electric wireless one.

I still bought the gas powered but I can see the appeal.

This is a valid question. Honestly any electric tool whether it be blower or weed eater seems like a waste to me.

No, he keeps his yard looking like shite. This family is insanely lazy. They have gotten numerous fines from the HOA. He once started cutting the front lawn and stopped. He left the lawnmower where he stopped for 2 weeks before he decided to finish.
It's a nice neighborhood too, but they trash that corner up. Of course, they come from a land where they had never seen grass before so this is all new to them.

I'm not fond of my neighbors. We are discussing selling the house in a year and moving.

I have an electric lawnmower. It has a cord.

When I purchased my house, the previous owner was moving out of the country and left all lawn equipment. I have been waiting for the thing to die to go get a gas powered one but it's still kickin.

I cannot justify buying a gas lawnmower or weedeater, when what I have was free and actually does a great job on the lawn.

This is all if you don't mind looking like you are vacuuming instead of cutting grass.

My neighbor has one. I routinely see him cussing it once he hits the back yard and the battery dies halfway through.

No electric mowers, weedeaters, leaf blowers, etc for me.

At least he cuts it.

So you equate manliness with what kind of lawnmower someone has?
