2 conferences, 5 divisions each, 4 teams per division, 40 teams. Extra division champ would reduce wild card spots to 1 per conference.

AFC
Northeast (Toronto, (Ottowa, Montreal, or Quebec), Boston, New York Jets)
Southeast (Miami, Houston, Tennessee, Baltimore)
North Central (Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland)
West (Denver, Kansas City, San Diego, Las Vegas)
Southwest (Mexico City, San Antonio, Arizona, Los Angeles)

NFC
Euro (London (formerly Jacksonville), Paris, German Team, another Europe team (probably Barcelona)
East (Washington, Dallas, New York Giants, Philadelphia)
North (Green Bay, Chicago, Minnesota, Detroit)
South (New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Carolina)
West (Seattle, San Francisco, Vancouver, St. Louis)

OP has been edited to actually contain a plan which sends the Raiders back to LA, sends the Jags to London, sends the Bills to Toronto, and adds 2 teams in Canada, 3 more teams in Europe, a team in Mexico City, a team in San Antonio, and a team in Las Vegas.

I dont understand why there would be an NFL team in Paris?

There has never been any football played there ever, to my knowledge.

And Spain? They did have a WLAF team there, but I dont think it went over well.

YES to England and Germany. You meet loads of NFL fans on message boards from those 2. They love American football over there (not everyone, but those 2 countries are huge, plus so many Americans live and work over there too). I could see NFL teams in England and Germany being successful.

I would put multiple teams in England and in Germany and be done with it. Plus Spain's economy sucks so IDK if they can support a novelty team and well the income tax for players of a Paris team would be over 75% and France's economy sucks arse.

Just examples of cities that COULD be potential hosts for franchises. London is the only one that would be an absolute must. I think the London Jaguars has a certain ring to it.

Yea, would be jumping the gun right now.

Still, it is a city of 12 million people and a cultural hub of the world. I could see expansion to Paris

I agree with these three, but Dallas in the East?

NFC
East (Washington, Dallas, New York Giants, Philadelphia)
North (Green Bay, Chicago, Minnesota, Detroit)
South (New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Carolina)

The thread was better when it had no content.

I would love to move Dallas out of the East, but that's where they've been forever. Their rivalries in the NFC east are some of the most storied in football outside of the NFC North.
