My vote goes to no turkey. Not my favorite type of meat. I much prefer ham for holiday dinners.

I dont really give a darn how anyone cooks it, but if you dont dry brine a turkey, you are an idiot.

That is science. And you cant argue with science.

I love turkey prepared in any of the 3 ways. Actually, fried is probably my number 3.

America's Test Kitchen roasted a turkey, but in parts to ensure the white and dark meat cooked simultaneously. It was interesting. The recipe was available on signing up, but now it's locked unless you pay for a mbrshp.

Typically I don't eat a lot of turkey. I go for the ham. I did get one of those Greenberg turkeys last year and really liked it though.

I love fried turkey, but it's hard to beat the gravy from a roasted turkey.

Confit-->fried was damn good last year.
I enjoy a really well roasted bird as well as deep fried the whole way instead of just to finish

Smoked w/ apple wood chips. Dry brined overnight then smoked on the Orion. So damn juicy you gotta carve it in a pan.
