I've listened to the single, Mr. Noah, five times in the past 30 minutes. It's good. Single is on both the EP and album.

EP (also titled Mr. Noah) out now. Album (Panda Bear Meets The Grim Reaper) out 1/15.

Pretty excited for the new album. Tomboy was more solid than great, but Person Pitch is one of my favorite albums ever.

I'd have to go with AC just based on volume, but I'd probably take Person Pitch over any AC album. I'd take at least five AC albums over Tomboy though.

Bit of a reach there, mon.

Anyway, how stacked is that opening trifecta to Person Pitch ? Comfy in Nautica, Take Pills, & Bros combine for a near 22 minute run of perfection.

Comfy in Nautica is the best thing to come from AC or any of it's members. Only thing that gives it a run is What would I want? Sky

Bold statement. I'd really have to think about that one. So many gems. For the time being I may have to go with Grass.

I did. I liked a few of the tracks a lot, especially Little Fang.

Doesnt sound good in my ears for some reason. Cant stand anything animal collectives ever done. Its like they are trying way too hard to sound avant-garde but it really just sounds like shite.

Tend to agree, but not so much as a statement against their other work. That song is just that good.

Tomboy & Person Pitch are pretty close, for me. Depending on my mood & the day of the week, I might say that either one is better.

Love Animal Collective but cannot get into Panda Bear; or at least not nearly as much as Avey Tare. I'd take Oliver Twist, Lucky 1, Little Fang, and more over any Panda Bear song. I am, however, partial to PB's Last Night at the Jetty.
