Because this is the equivalent to the now current gen PS4/XBone getting a remaster, only for last gen.
The game was only released on PS2 and original Xbox, it was ported like a classic game and you could play that same ps2/xbox game, but that's all it was, same game.
This is a remaster to PS3/360 graphics level, at 720p, etc. Some new missions and what not as well.
Just disappointing, everyone was hoping it was a PS4/One version but instead it's a last gen one.
