Cant get over some of the comments. Maybe he should have just went and bought some meat from the grocery store where no animals were hurt. What says the OB, shoot or let walk?

Gave my son his first beer (that I know of) when he killed his first. Made sure he didn't tell his mama!!!
Daughter 15 just now got the itch to go deer hunting. Never any close enough for her to shoot last year. She is dead on at 100 yards and everything she saw was 200+. Been shooting with her this year and she is +/- 1.5" at 200 and +/- 6 at 300 so she wants to sling some lead

We had a young albino deer on my property a couple of years back. Every morning it would come by the camp with its momma. It was really neat to see. He stopped coming around after a while and we found out from our neighbor that some redneck riding in his truck shot it and the doe right out of our front yard.

I'd shoot and do a full body mount for sure. It's my dream to kill a piebald buck or even a piebald doe and do a full body mount.

I would shoot it for the sole reason of the story. It says alot of people had been after the deer trying to kill it. I would rather me do it the right way than some idiot poaching or shooting it from the road. Too many people knew about the deer for the kid to "let it go"

I don't understand how some people are commenting saying the kid and his dad should be killed...these are the same people who eat McDonalds and dont bat an eye. I doubt they would be saying the same crap if they went to a large sclae slaughterhouse.
