It's not. They've actually been sanctioned a few times. But it's still incredibly hypocritical of UNC fans (and Roy Williams) to stick their nose up in the air and act like they're above any kind of bullshite.

Agreed. At least Kentucky has taken their medicine for past indiscretions. Most of us on the outside feel that UNC seems to think they are beyond that for some reason.

Yeah, this is pretty much the definition of "lack of institutional control" and it goes back years. And involves thousands of students. They deserve to go down, and hard.
For all the people saying nothing will happen - you may be right. But the NCAA is really struggling for credibility and authority right now. If they hope to retain a shred of respect and control, they have to act, IMO. Otherwise, it's another nail in their coffin.
Oh, and Roy should burn.
