Voter fraud in Colorado.

That's like calling votes bricks or shoes or paperclips. They aren't items. They're people's votes. Jesus.

According to Mother Jones, he struck out a lot in Colorado in attempting to get campaigns and whatnot on tape. I like O'Keefe, but I'm interested to see whether this is impactful or not. We all know we could get plenty of low level staffers on both sides to promote voter fraud.

O'Keefe has hyped this a lot, so I hope it's not a typical "Kelly File EXPLOSIVE EXCLUSIVE" type of dud.

Election workers are supposed to compare signatures on registration records with signed ballots. But if a person has a “witness” who signs the ballot on the witness line, then the signatures do not have to match and the vote is counted.

Last December, New York City’s Department of Investigation detailed how its undercover agents claimed at 63 polling places to be individuals who were in fact dead, had moved out of town, or who were in jail. In 61 instances, or 97 percent of the time, they were allowed to vote. (To avoid skewing results, they voted only for nonexistent write-in candidates.) How did the city’s Board of Elections respond? Did it immediately probe and reform their sloppy procedures? Not at all. It instead demanded that the investigators be prosecuted.

Wow, it's so far gone.....better to just let it all collapse.

I saw this thread title and immediately thought Ken O'Keefe abandoned the run again.

The few Iowa fans here will appreciate that.

Liberals don't care.

You might want to put Colorado voter fraud in the thread title.

Some people don't know who O'Keefe is.

True story: my parents live in CO and i last did in 1999.

Spring 2013 I get a letter from EBR saying I'm registered in 2 states. Odd. So I look into it and I was "registered" just before 2012 election online and "voted" in the election there.

I wrote a letter, all this shite to clear if up. Well my mail ballot arrived a week ago and my parents' are still waiting for theirs. Great fricking system they got.

One takeaway is Eilene Lamb's office is on top of their game.

Love this guy... he tells a Greenpeace worker that he and his buddies are going fishing around trash bins looking for early voting ballots and they'll fill them in and tells her we don't want to let those ballots go to waste do we? When the campaign worker laughs and agrees... AHA! He found evidence of an attempt at voter fraud! His own!

No, dumb azz liberal moron pervo, he proved a point that Democrats have no ethics. Did you hear one of those evil sob's tell him that was an immoral practice that they couldn't condone? No, you didn't, you heard laughter and he even got a JOB OFFER from one of the cronies.

Your whole party is a bunch of immoral thugs.

Want to see what's in that 20 second gap. O'Keefe is utterly shameless with edits, which is why all of his "scalps" come from reflexive political pressure rather than in a court of law (where he usually ends up paying settlements for fricking up).

When he pulled the same stunt with Jim Moran campaign in 2012 the police actually opened a voter fraud investigation, only to promptly close it when he refused to provide the unedited tapes.

His battleground Texas undercover work has been fairly effective.

Dam...another example of the rights inability to correct a obviously flawed system. There is no doubt that there is rampant voter fraud going on in the US, all or most of which is done by Democrats....and since the right has been unable, for 50 or more years, to overcome the obvious left leaning media bias in the US y'all have not been able to make your case. Again, with such blatant incompetence how do y'all propose to govern????

This is basic shite and y'all can't fix it. Y'all can whine about it but you can't make your case in the court of public opinion....and y'all want to lead?????

I call bs on this one. No...we don't have evidence of extensive voter fraud on the Right; the reason being that given the double standard in the system...a Republican would be thrown in the slamer. Look a D'Souza; got hit for what Dems do on a regular basis.

And which side is it that wants foolproof/verifiable ballots? This argument is akin to that up there in Ferguson. A pass on legality, in service to the Statist ideology/hegemony. Disgusting. Dangerous. Won't end well.

O'Keefe has carved out a cool little niche - Some of his videos are really lame like the Hollywood fundraiser one earlier this year but the border crossing was legit.

Yeah. From what little I saw of the video the people were just generally nodding along with whatever O'Keefe said instead of actually offering anything. The Green Peace girls looks like she is cornered by the guys and may be agreeing just to get away from the creeps.

They are clearly laughing and giggling through the interview. If he actually produced some ballots and asked for help in filling them out, then he might have something to make a video about.

It would happen on both sides. Republicans do everything Democrats do when it comes to political strategy. Thinking otherwise is a little absurd, IMO.

I mean, we're promoting voter ID for the purpose of making it difficult to vote for dumb folks and minorities. Yes, it is a reasonable thing to ask for, but yes, the reasons ascribed to it by Dems is based in truth.
