Best Residential Electricians in BR

I've been using a mostly residential/small commercial guy for a while now but he's starting to become unreliable. Can anyone recommend me a good electrician in the BR area? I just want someone reputable and honest that will get the job done without killing my wallet.

I use Buffalo Electric for a lot of work, commercial though... not sure if they do smaller residential projects.

Call JD Electric. Father/son business. Very fair and does great work and reliable

I feel your pain and will be watching this for feedback. I am damn sick of every guy I hire to work on something telling me how busy they are and how they had to make time for my job. We are in a building boom right now and the guys are in demand but that doesn't justify them sticking it to homeowners and not bothering to show/not finishing jobs. I guess when the boom is over I will make it a habit to beat them down on price and not be home when they show up to do a job by appointment.

The problem is they can't serve two masters, and unless you give them a lot of business you will be down in the pecking order.
If you want quick service, and I guy to jump when you need him to jump you will likely have to pay more unless you are a big time contractor.

Thanks...this is what I'm looking for. Just doing some maintenance work around the house. Not a full blown project meaning I don't need any wire pulled or even any fixtures replaced.
