The exclamation point in the second quote takes it up a notch on the try-hard scale

That's the same thing I thought when I saw that.

I realize that in a field like radio broadcasting, you have to sort of market and brand yourself, but Scott always just came off as completely and hilariously tryhard.

God, yes. I remember this. Frank goes hard at Josh and Scott right from the start. I am listening to this from start to finish.

Oh my fricking God...I forgot what happened when they finally get Scott on the phone and he breaks into the whole awkward thing with a Ronald Reagan impression. I should have this thing saved on my computer. This is phenomenal.

I'm just about crying in my office cuz Scott just busted into the awkwardness with Reagan.

It's so awkward and hilarious. And the best part is that Josh looks awful, but you know damn well that he took the fall for Scott wanting to get on the air and do his voices.

I love how personal Josh gets and he starts making assaults about Frank's TV show and being over the hill.

He's such a terrible interviewer and even with his dad in the business, that clip makes you wonder how the frick he managed to ever stay on the air.

Scott giving Frank advice on how to voice Scooby is fantastic.

No shite...especially after he threw pretty much everyone in BR sports radio under the bus after they all gave him undeserved airtime. He was an ungrateful POS.

ETA: I still remember when he filled in for Jimmy or Buddy and only had like 3-4 callers the whole show...2 of those callers were prank callers from TD.

The personal shots he keeps taking at Frank Caliendo are mind-boggling. Frank is a much better sport than I am. I 100% believe that everybody there was telling him "OMG, you need to do a bit with Josh's dad.."

And I bet that was started by Scott on the down low.

Ate lunch with this guy once through a friend of a friend for work. It was at Walk On's and he wore a Scooby Doo leather jacket and would talk to the waitresses in the voice.

Easily the most akward and horrible lunch I have ever been to.
