Keep in mind I also have Greg Olsen and my rb2 is now Anthony Dixon.

I think it's possible that you can get an RB even better than Shady for Thomas.

I would attempt to offer up Olsen for McCoy. On name recognition alone, many owners wouldn't do this trade despite the season Olsen is having. That being said, the worst he can do is counter, ask for Thomas instead, and you get an RB1 and maintain a high-end TE1.
With Thomas and Olsen, though, it certainly is in your best interest to move one and attempt to shore up that second RB spot with something other than Dixon.

I might try offering Thomas for Foster. The guy who has him also has Forte but his TE is terrible.
