Well you've already proven that last comment several times here

Sure there was other choice but we have already covered that "if" he was charged he had about 2 seconds to make a decision. Sounds like his sidearm was already out since it was fired into his hand during a struggle at some point. So does he put the sidearm up and pull his taser out in 2 seconds? Get tackled pummeled into submission have his gun taken from him and shot? Officers of the law have quick decisions make. I can stand behind his decision to use his sidearm in the scenerio.

About that Hammond case? I don't know anything about it. First I ever heard of it.
But I imagine an investigation is ongoing in that one.
But I'll ask this one, if this hadn't happened in broad daylight in front of people what do u think the chances that this case would be getting investigated?

He can't just make things up. He can only match the available evidence to support his story. Evidence clearly would show he wasn't shot in the back and discredit his entire story if he did that.

Baden's autopsy says there was no gun residue on Brown's hand; the autopsy reported on in the OP claims otherwise.

His report contradicted key eyewitness accounts that said he was shot in the back. If he just toes the line, why would he entirely contradict and discredit a key witness?

We're talking something that might need to be studied on a microscopic level vs. Bullet holes that an untrained eye could detect. Would be hard to flip that story to fit witness accounts

Dr. Michael M. Baden, a nationally known forensic pathologist, said none of Brown’s wounds appeared to have been from shots fired at close range.

so it appeared to him that the muzzle of the weapon was at least one or two feet away.

He says, “It could have been 30 feet away.” So the gunshot could have come from 1 to 30 feet away? Doesn't sound too definitive.

You know what the funniest thing about this case is...the same people who said that George Zimmerman had no right to take the law into his own hands because he was not a cop, are now the same people who say that Wilson went too far into taking the law into his own hands because he is a cop.

Hands up don't shoot!

That racist autopsy needs to check its privilege.

And to suggest Mike Brown was some superhuman negro that could cover 35 ft in seconds while being shot and some thug who deserved what he got isn't misleading at all right?

The average person can cover than distance in less than 2 seconds.

Dr. Michael Baden is the former Chief Medical Examiner of New York City and former chief forensic pathologist for the New York State Police. He has investigated more than 3,000 homicides, suicides and drug deaths. He has also investigated the deaths of President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers, Tsar Nicholas and Alexandra and the Romanov family, the recent airplane crash deaths of the President of Poland and 94 other Polish dignitaries, John Belushi, Christian Brando, O.J. Simpson and David Carradine.

He is very competent but is now peddling that competence to provide as much obfuscation as he can muster in this case. He is not in the business of making objective findings - he is in the business of searching for something to support a preconceived outcome.

I was pretty disappointed to see him lend his name to this pathetic case.

I'm saying the officers story doesn't make sense. That the police have long been know to use excessive force against minorities without fear of reprcussion. That the police have held behind this blue wall of silence and minorities typically don't get a fair case against them.
That's what this case looks like to me. And history has proven to be a good indicator of where things are heading with this case

Everyone in here will ignore history and act like excessive force against minorities is a thing of the past or non existence or a non factor.

I said in an earlier thread, that the law deserves little benefit of the doubt when it comes to it's enforcement of the law on blacks and minorities.

lol at all hell breaking loose

the cops have been wanting to crack skulls for months. the pussy politicians are forcing them to put on kid gloves.

they are being forced to sit back as protestors spit, yell, curse, and make racists comments and chants at them. They are ready for the kid gloves to be taken off and they are allowed to beat the piss out of them.

Even rumors that Marshall law will be claimed, as soon as charges are dropped, if they are.

Many Police brass have been pissed at this bullshite, and the continuance of the actions of the protestors. Trying to bait the cops into actions, every night.

Get the popcorn, beer, pork rinds, and the link to fox2news and livestream, the day the charges are dropped.

The Former Cheif of STLCounty, Tim Fitch(he was a great Chief, and busted the county exec and board members on fraud dealings, then left for greener pastures). mentioned, they are slipping out info, so the public can be ready for the end result. They will already have all of the info on why Wilson will noe be charged, before the jury is done.

And they are praying for cold weather.

here is a good'in

The shite heads were going to protest St>charles, because thats where a lot of these Muni cops live, and the main area, besides Jefferson county, where white flight went.

But the St.Charles people told the shite heads on twitter and facebook, u come and get on our property, we will use the "CastleLaw" and blow their brains out. Castle law enables home owner to protect his home and family from derelicts.
The protestors got scared and haven't gone to st.charles, lol
