Still no reason to shoot him 60 times in the head
First, there wasn't 60 shots.
Second, he deserved 600 shots.
Third, you can go live amongst the ghetto boys if you think you'll be safe and surrounded by peaceful, law abiding people.

1. In state of Missouri, a police officer can use excessive force on an unarmed man, when the person has or knowingly committed a felony.
Now PD's usually have their own rules, but that is what state laws says about excessive force on an unarmed man.
Mike Brown committed a Felony when he strong armed the store clerk. He also committed a Felony when he attacked and fought the Police Officer.
I said it before, i'll say it again, they need to get rid of these muni cops. They are not trained like STLPD and STLCOPD. Both are Internationally accredited, and their academies are as well.
They know how to handle situations, and have a ton more training in dealing with the public.

He is very competent but is now peddling that competence to provide as much obfuscation as he can muster in this case. He is not in the business of making objective findings - he is in the business of searching for something to support a preconceived outcome.
That's a very articulate and kind way of calling someone an unethical, misleading liar.

This hired Dr. Michael Baden testified as an expert witness in a taser death case in Winn Parish, LA a couple of years ago whereby a young African American male died in police custody. Was all over the news when a local grand jury indicted the white cop. Baden was the key witness for the state and got his hat handed to him by the defense attorney who was hired by Taser, mainly to defend Taser and not the cop. At any rate, Baden was no real help to the prosecution.

Baden has already stated, the Original forensic expert, the chick from st.louis county is one of the best in the bizz.
And i like how that video completely leaves out the part where he grabbed that bundle of cigars and then strong arms the clerk. lol nice video of only half the crime scene.

U can see him grab a handful of them and the clerk comes from around the counter.
What you don't see, is the clerk try to stop him and MB grab him, strong arm robbery.

Funny that Dorian (who was with him) even admitted that ike stole the cigarellos. Dorian put the ones he had back because he was on probation. But he clearly admitted that Mike stole and he wanted no part of that.
That's because it would not fit the narrative of the looters, thieves, civil disobeyers, followers of black mouthpiece militants and liberal college students.

For those that we're hanging their hat on Baden and his report, he got on Fox News an hour ago and completely reversed himself. Says he didn't have access to the tests that were used in the most recent autopsy and their results are correct. Brown was in the car and was shot at contact distance.

Michael Brown got what he deserved and the world is a better place without him. Court adjourned.

The official autopsy on Michael Brown, leaked to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, suggests that he was shot in the hand at close range and may have reached for the police officer’s gun, outside experts told the newspaper.
That would contradict what private experts reported after they conducted an autopsy for Brown’s family. Those experts said there were no signs of a struggle between Brown and Officer Darren Wilson, who shot him to death Aug. 9 in the suburb of Ferguson.
so at this point we have two expert opinions funded by opposed interests with opposite conclusions

Another reason for all officers to wear body cams...

Protesters u mean... A riot is something that happened in West Virgina and in the pumpkin patch in Connecticut. That what was a riot.

Black people have been doing nothing but peaceful protesting.
quote:Brown fell...and he ain't gettin up.
He's the one with the gun therefore the burden falls on him.
