Arky has a slightly better win-loss record and they did a little better against Tennessee/Miami (FL) (lost by three scores) than ULL did against Louisiana Tech and Boise State (did worse.)
So I picked Arky but it's touch and go.

If all helmets have 14 on them, that is against NCAA rules. Ole Miss had the same thing with "38" on theirs and then came out in the powder blue.
