A group of us on the outdoor board made a hunting trip to South Dakota and we need a web service that allows for us all to upload out photos and videos into one place and then allow everyone to download and/or view.

Someone recommended Dropbox is that a good service for us to use?

dropbox would be your best bet. it's easy to setup and should accommodate all your needs.

Probably doesn't apply here, but if everyone has iPhones, shared Photostreams are cool for this. I've used them several times on trips.

But Dropbox would work well. Maybe even something like Photobucket.

Step 1: create throwaway gmail account
Step 2: download google plus on all phones (iphones and android)
Step 3: log in to G+ using the same gmail credentials on all phones.
Step 4: hit "automatically upload images & video"
Step 5: there is no step 5

This is the easiest way to do it..one email account & password..and then every video & pic is available to everyone's devices, everywhere, virtually almost as quickly as you take the photos.

ALL phones and tablets will see all IMAGES and all VIDEOS at the same time and anyone can log into any web browser and do the same thing.

no uploading or sharing passwords required.
no 3rd party apps required
no shenanigans
no need to mess with your existing email account settings on your phones.
unlimited storage (if you set the photos at 2048x2048), 15GB storage if not.

when you're done with your trip, just uninstall G+ or log into it with your normal email.
