But with the bye coming in Week 10, it would make a lot of sense for the Colts to rest both his elbow and aging/surgically-repaired legs. Freak rookie Donte Moncrief would be a WR3 candidate against the Giants if Wayne ends up inactive.

There is a ton of conflicting information RE: Wayne. There are plenty of sources saying Wayne could have practiced, but the team gave him a rest day.
