Burger Zone - burgers aren't good. Get a chicken dinner, spicy. Meat pies are pretty good too.

The liquor store has good tamales and chicken salad sandwiches.

Old Tyme on Mill street has some good plate lunches.

The coffee shop (I don't remember the name of it) has a pretty good burger and wraps

There is also a Zeus now which is good

Wife's go-to in Crowley with the fried jalapeno strings.

I don't know how they do it but their gumbo is always great and I have never been there and it not taste exactly the same. Both the seafood and the chicken/sausage is good but I prefer the chicken and sausage.
