72% of the OT. The other 28% do no arm pull ups, while warning up.

I can.

ETA: I can do around 8 to 10 each way. Never tried with my left arm, though.

Bunch of wusses. I cut my arm off and do phantom limb pull ups.

I could back in the day. Unless you strictly mean 1 arm...other arm is to side.

But which is harder - a one arm pull up or a muscle up?

And who here can do a one arm muscle up?

btw, having one hand hold the bar and the other hand hold your wrist is NOT a "one armed pullup".

I can't anymore not since tearing my pec and bicep. Used to do one arm, L pull-ups with towels, and a 100 pound db attached to me for a regular one rep max pull-up. Man those were the days. Now I'm lucky if I can do five regular ones.

I grab the bar with my teeth and do neck ups.

I'm surprised people still use their whole hand instead of just the pinky tbh. Pussification strikes again
