So Cosby raped a couple dozen women? WGAF? People shouldn't throw glass stones at houses.

Okay. How about "Nobody should throw stones." That's crappy behavior. My policy is: "No stone throwing regardless of housing situation." Don't do it. There is one exception though. If you're trapped in a glass house, and you have a stone, then throw it! What are you, an idiot?

Bubba Clinton raped women. He was in BR today glad-handing for Landrieu. And he's white.

Rape was the cool thing in Cosby's generation. Just ask the Kennedys.

Just look at Marty's reaction to Biff Tannen trying to rape his mom.

Pretty sure all the women that Clinton banged were willing participants.

I knew Joyce Dale...she represented about 10 women who sued him and he settled.

I guess I'm confused. They have 10 victims, but instead of pursuing criminal charges, they file a lawsuit yet don't even take it to court? I understand that there are statutes of limitations and such, but with that many alleged victims, you would think a criminal investigation would be pursued, at the very least take it to court and expose him. Yet, they were content with some financial justice? I won't pretend to know if their claims have merit, but it does make the cynic in me a bit skeptical.

I remember the story from 2006. A lot of people thought he was being railroaded by the liberal machine because the allegations immediately followed Cosby's public attacks on modern black culture. I don't know about that, but I do know that Cosby's criticisms of the culture are always mentioned when this subject is written or spoken about publicly. Basically, there's always an element of "it doesn't matter what he says about the culture. He's a rapist."

Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor has just said he will not pursue charges against Bill Cosby, after a woman claimed the entertainer groped her at his house. In a statement, Castor said, "After reviewing the above and consulting with County and Cheltenham detectives, the District Attorney finds insufficient, credible, and admissible evidence exists upon which any charge against Mr. Cosby could be sustained beyond a reasonable doubt."

There was also a tape recording.

Being able to prove it and it being real are 2 different things.

Where is the skeptic when it comes to "we will vigorously defend this?" And then immediately settle?

During the investigation, sources revealed the existence of a tape recording of conversations between Cosby and the woman's mother. Castor's statement seemed to allude to a tape when he stated that evidence may be inadmissable "if it was illegally obtained."

Troiani said she believed the tape would be admissable because the woman's mother lives in Canada, where only one party's permission is needed to make a recording.

"It's where the taping occurs," Troiani said. She cited a recent Montgomery County court case in which a judge ruled a tape recording admissable because it had been made in Texas.

When asked whether her client was prepared for a civil legal battle, Troiani said: "Absolutely."

The tape was obtained illegally but...the civil case did not last long.

Cosby was a predator on the set of the Cosby Show. He was always hitting on the young actresses on the set. Who knew he was a serial rapist?
