Day trip: just snack food, potato chips, granola bar, crackers, etc.
Overnighter: pizza or fried chicken

Personally I'm a fan of the vienna sausages and crackers...and also honey buns.
Not much on eating when I'm on the water all day...would rather fish than have to take a dump!

Grilled boneless pork chops cold, I cook a pile of them a day or 2 before. Awesome cold snack and easy to eat. Plus on overnight trips it makes sitting on the bucket easier than some greasy arse fried chicken....

Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for the boat ride out, Bag of New Orleans style CheeWees, cliff bar, and powerade for the morning.
