Which player has best chance to get the bulk of carries while Fred Jackson is out, and which one will still be worth a roster spot when Jackson returns??

I like Dixon, but if Bryce Brown plays well while Freddie is out then he will replace Spiller's role.

Just a matter of who steps up these next few weeks.

One thing Bryce has going for him is that Dixon looked to be out of breath on a lot of plays yesterday. He will definitely get the opportunity.

Dixon has never carried more than 14 carries in an nfl game. Brown had a few good games a year or two ago while filling in for McCoy in Philly. Brown does fumble from time to time fighting for more yardage.

Bryce Brown may be the best back on that entire roster even when all players are healthy. He wasnt on the active roster for draft pick compensation reasons and because they were financially committed to Spiller/Fjax.
