Yeah, I identify. I mean, if there's a phone or a face-to-face interview, they'll realize right off the bat that I'm a white guy.

If I was a hiring manager and I came across this, I'd probably NOT hire the guy because it looks like he's a shite stirrer.

I think that information is just supposed to be kept for statistical purposes, and it is not identifiable to you. I don't know how that stuff works out in reality though.
