I'm sure this thread has been done, but I'm moving back to BR and need to find a good barber shop. Looking for old school (ex: hot lather, straight razors, etc.), don't need a NO fade shop

Then why not search for it instead of cluttering up the board with more useless crap?

Go see Eddie at bocage barber on jefferson in the Bocage shopping center. His chair is the one on the far right, and he doesn't cut on weekends anymore. But that shop is pretty old school, and not bad prices either.

My vote would be for the old due in the union. If he is still around. He was there just a few years ago when I was at LSU.

Getting my hair did in about 15 min when they open
I've been to just about every white barber in Baton Rouge, and I keep coming back to him.

This is the only option. He doesn't do the old school barbershop open razor on the back of the neck type stuff, but he gives the best haircut in Baton Rouge.

Well that certainly isn't true.

Appreciate it! Bocage is probably the winner, because I'm too afraid to Google "Gay Nate"
