iOS 8.1 will be released today

8.1 will be released today bringing back the camera roll and bringing us ApplePay. I hope it addresses the general sloppiness of iOS 8; I've been seeing lots of little bugs that are annoying. Post up your thoughts...

Things I want fixed:
Copy/Paste in Safari
Bluetooth issues with my iPad 4th gen (it apparently won't work regardless with my mid-2011 MBP
)
I'm looking forward to the camera roll coming back. Photos are less intuitive the way they're structured now. I'm probably won't use applepay much. This will also enable SMS texting through my MBP.
Overall, it seems like a relatively minor update.

Typically Noon our time, 10 theirs.
I'm eagerly anticipating PayGate. I'm sure somewhere out of hundreds of thousands of transactions with an all new largely untestable system, there won;t be a SINGLE issue for the haters to go Apeshit over....

Just got off the phone with apple. Fairly disgruntled. Iphone 6 64g is bent and iOS 8.anything has been less than satisfactory in my book. Seriously considering making the switch after having probably 15-20 iPhones. I've broken a few and had water damage on a few more and owned up to the mistakes but I have never had one that doesn't have a problem.

I'm assuming it didn't bend on it's own like the spoon bending mind trick thing. What do you expect Apple to do?

Well obviously something happened to it to make it bend. However, it stays in the front pocket of my regular fitting pants and doesn't come into contact with anything. Never dropped it, never smashed it. Say what you want but it should not be bent from anything I have put it through. Screen isn't cracked and other than a little paint rubbed off from my keys it's perfectly fine. You shouldn't have to treat these things like a sliver of crystal.

They're made of 40% glass and 60% aluminum, so you kind of do have to treat then that way, especially if you don't use a case.

Like ell said, you clearly bang into something. These things aren't painted so your keys nicked it pretty good.

Sorry to hear about that, but I, and everyone I know with a 6 or 6 plus doesn't have any bending issues. While it's not unbreakable, it is a very thin, $700 piece of tech and should be treated like one.

Ok well the color is coming off. Whatever process they use. No more durable than a paint pen. Also, I don't care if you believe me. No reason to lie about a phone I wanted to like. Have been an apple fan and like I said in my original posts I have owned up to the ones I have broken. This one was not my fault.
Edit to add that my key that banged t pretty good is a laser cut key and a remote. That's all I carry in my pocket. All straight edges and no grooves to catch on theoutside. Also, aluminum should be more durable. They build truck bodies out of them now.
