I was thinking the same thing. Some of these sun shine pumpers are just as bad as the worst so called negatigers(sorta like right wing fanatics and left wing loons). Before we pronounce team as champions and Miles the second coming, we need to see how the team stacks up to decent competition. The wins against UF and UK were great steps forward, but UF came too close to beating us and UK was obviously rattled and gave up running yards as expected.

And yet here we are just 1 week later, suddenly playing like a top 15 team (trending towards a top 10 team) and dominating on both sides of the ball once again.

We look better in every facet but the passing game, but I'm really happy with the result last night.

I love how LSU fans can only remember the last game and nothing before. We beat 3 absolutely terrible

teams handily, and after each victory people thought we were a top 10 team. We get destroyed by two actually good teams and people think we won't win another game.

Beating Kentucky handily does not make us a top 10 team. We are probably ranked exactly where we belong - in the 20's. Anyone drawing anything great from the Florida or Kentucky game is deluding themselves - both teams are garbage.

Right. Auburn and Miss. State are better indicators of where this team is than Kentucky. I believe LSU will play better vs Ole Miss, but before claiming it's a top 15 team, you need to beat someone who's a legit top 25 team.

To be fair, nobody could have played better than Florida's defense did last night.

No, we played two of the best teams in the SEC and got clobbered. We played two of the weaker ones and did well. The problem is, the stronger teams are in the west, meaning we will finish ahead of TAM and Arkansas but behind Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss, and MSU.

UF has a good defense and still have some talent, the LSU running game showed signs of life in that game. They are awful on offense though, just horrible. I don't see any effort out of that squad.

Ole Miss will be a huge measuring stick.

Might as well stay home on Saturday. We don't have a chance.

There is always a chance, but beating a terrible Kentucky team handily and barely beating a terrible Florida team does not increase that chance.

But, that's just my two cents.

Your two cents is not even worthy of the copper.

What have you seen that makes you think this?

Bama looked great against an overrated aTm team, whoopie. They're nothing special this year. Ole Miss is always close and it's at home. Not unreasonable to think we can win one or both if we play like we did yesterday.

We will not be competitive against either of these teams with a one dimensional offense.

You had us being dominated by Kentucky!

That tells me you don't know squat and that you are only a d-bag troll.

I haven't been to a game since 2007 and will probably never attend another live sporting event in my life. Nothing is worth that hassle. At home I have bathroom, food, and other channels.

Miles is awesome. No doubt the best high school coach in the country.

We still don't have a quarterback

Yep. And there's a good chance we are an underdog the rest of the way.
