Rabid dogs don't normally wag their tails and come when you call them.
Posted on 10/19/14 at 11:36 am to Zach
That is fricking cowardly and disgusting.
Posted on 10/19/14 at 11:47 am to DonChowder
that pile of shite needs to be fired NOW
Posted on 10/19/14 at 11:49 am to Zach

I'm going to hug my dog right now.

Things like this won't end until a few police officers are fragged, I would have no problem with an extrajudicial execution.

this will never stop until someone takes action ,

At the very least, he should be fired and fined a large sum of money.

You sound like a well-adjusted, well-educated member of society with strong moral fiber when you make statements like this.

They're wagging their tails.
I have no opinion of the incident but...

Perhaps the most common misinterpretation of dogs is the myth that a dog wagging its tail is happy and friendly. While some wags are indeed associated with happiness, others can mean fear, insecurity, a social challenge or even a warning that if you approach, you are apt to be bitten.

"It is so important for people to realize that a wagging tail does not equal a dog that is friendly or wants to be petted,"

quote:So by your logic, as you are not a vet and neither is a cop, all dogs can be shot with a wagging tale. They said the dog had rabies, where is wagging a tail a symptom of rabies?

Idiotic bootlicker.

Example 2:
( from the same damn article you linked, did you even bother to read it?)
SO WHICH ONE IS IT?
quote:
? A slight wag-with each swing of only small breadth-is usually seen during greetings as a tentative "Hello there," or a hopeful "I'm here."
? A broad wag is friendly; "I am not challenging or threatening you." This can also mean, "I'm pleased," which is the closest to the popular concept of the happiness wag, especially if the tail seems to drag the hips with it.
? A slow wag with tail at 'half-mast' is less social than most other tail signals. Generally speaking, slow wags with the tail in neither a particularly dominant (high) nor a submissive (low) position are signs of insecurity.
? Tiny, high-speed movements that give the impression of the tail vibrating are signs the dog is about to do something-usually run or fight usually. If the tail is held high while vibrating, it is most likely an active threat.
Thanks for the contribution,

Right. We all know that when a dog wags his tail he is about to attack you and kill you. Got it.

You made quite an emotional jump. By my logic, I don't approach dogs just because they are wagging their tails and offered linked advice from two different sources supporting why I don't. I offered no opinion on whether the cop was justified or not.
But, hey, teach your kids that a wagging tail = friendly dog. Maybe it'll work out for them. I hope it does.

LOL talk about a jump in logic, I dont even have kids moron, and I am not scared of dogs like you so take your phobias else where. Secondly I dont give a shite what you teach anyone, judging by your posts above it will be useless and illogical , but hey, be an idiot, I dont care.
