I doubt there's any correlation. The price is the result of a very large number of independent actors, most of whom are more interested in the best financial deal for themselves and not so much in affecting the outcome of Senate elections.

I noticed that right around the time ISIS captured oil fields and started selling oil the price of gas started to drop with the price of oil. Coincidence? Probably not. Just thought it was interesting.

Down a penny or two.

But let's stop dancing and take this to the next level. Are you implying that the President is manipulating the price of oil/gas?

also timed with russia getting overly aggressive in ME.

I think this is a game plan by team obama to hurt russia, and ISIS at the same time.

Gas goes up, Obama's fault.

Goes down. Nothing to do with Obama.

Gas goes up, not republican presidenr's fault.

Gas goes down. Everything to do with GOP prez.

Pretty simple. You are welcome.

I don't think it's a party thing. Read the link I posted earlier in the thread, it shows that gas drops twice as much after winter switch during election years.

I wish I could believe you but Fox and Rush tell me differently.

I'm going with them over you.

These things are often connected.
