So ESPN is allowed to show me footage of Bumgarner pouring 6 beers in his mouth?

But beer commercials can't show people drinking beer? What's the reasoning here?

It's a real regulation that has been around for decades. Think about it, you've never seen it done on a commercial

I've never really paid attention. Which is why, when I saw him say that in that commercial, I doubted it.
